These terms apply to this website and to messages with El Popocatepetl Restaurant & Bar LLC. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Menu, prices and hours
We keep this site up to date, but menu items, prices and hours can change. Please check with us if something matters to you.
Reservations, orders and events
Reservations are handled by OpenTable, online orders by our ordering provider and event bookings by Cal.com, each under its own terms. An event is confirmed only when we confirm it with you.
Alcohol
You must be 21 or older to buy alcohol. We may ask for valid ID and may refuse service.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. Please tell us about any allergy before you order.
Messages and the AI agent
When you message us from Google Search or Maps, an AI agent provided by Google may answer first. Its answers are automated and can be wrong, so please confirm anything important with the restaurant. Standard text message rates may apply. To stop messages, tell us in the conversation.
Our content
The El Popo and El Popocatépetl names, logos, photos and site content belong to us. Please do not use them without our written permission.
Other websites
This site links to services we do not run, such as OpenTable, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. Their own terms apply there.
Limits of our responsibility
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
Connecticut law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
